Found this video taken of Singapore City taken from an open-top bus. I believe this tour of the city is offered by the HIPPO City Sighseeing Tour located in Suntec City so check it out when you are in Singapore.
The creator of this video has also composed a song making fun of our Elecronic Road Pricing - ERP system which I find it quite humourous. You can just ignore it but enjoy the video instead.
